Agrionics Co.

Our Mission & Engineering Core

Bridging high-performance hardware co-processing with remote, infrastructure-independent operations.

Agrionics Co. was founded by Kopano Maketekete, an Electrical and Computer Engineering researcher and hardware developer at the University of Cape Town. Driven by a deep focus on deployment challenges in rural African environments, the entity specializes in building functional, hardened, reconfigurable edge computing platforms that operate cleanly outside grid access limits.

With deep experience spanning FPGA acceleration workflows, ultra-low power power state alignment, and robust long-range RF design topologies, our core objective is to deliver reliable technology frameworks that empower smallholder farms and maximize rural infrastructure tracking.

Foundational Engineering Targets:
• Core SDK Framework: Pure Bare-Metal C (Avoidance of bloated hobbyist layers)
• Layout Best Practices: High-Density 6-Layer RF Match Symmetrical Stackup
• Computing Philosophy: Dynamic Silicon RTL Acceleration Blocks
